SpacetoCo Host since July 2023This beautiful historic two storey building has several rooms for hire. Including 1 large room and 3 smaller rooms upstairs, as well as a kitchen, with adjoinging medium sized room downstairs that has an adjoining courtyard. The remainder of the downstairs rooms are rented by local business' & community groups.
About this space
The Red Room is a great area for socialising, having meetings and running workshops, the main area has a regal feel with decor to suit the bygone era, adjoining the main area is a small mothering/store room, kitchen (including microwave, fridge, stovetop, oven & kettles) and courtyard with bbq & benches. Four large tressle tables and ample chairs are provided.

Rules
NO FIRES are allowed either in the Red Room fire place or in the backyard/brick paved area. (You are welcome to use patio heaters in the outside area.)
DO NOT use Blutack on the walls as this removes the paint.
· Do not leave food leftovers in the fridge. The management committee maintain the right to dispose of any food stuffs remaining after events.
· Treat furnishings with respect and return items to where they were originally placed.
· · Turn off the split system air conditioner if it has been in use.
· Ensure toilet areas are tidy and all lights are turned off in the building before you leave.
· If the building requires additional cleaning as a result of your event, this cost will be added to your booking fee.
Additional details
There is free public car parking in the main street at the front of the building as well as on the gravel block at the back. There are 2 - 4 private parking spaces at the rear of the building.
