SpacetoCo Host since July 2023This beautiful historic two storey building has several rooms for hire. Including 1 large room and 3 smaller rooms upstairs, as well as a kitchen, with adjoinging medium sized room downstairs that has an adjoining courtyard. The remainder of the downstairs rooms are rented by local business' & community groups.
About this space
The Blue Room is a great area for socialising, having meetings and running workshops. It is upstairs via the grand staircase and adjoining the main area is a greeting room. It also has access to the balcony. The Blue room room including the greeting room can accommodate up to 150 people or 210 with the balcony. Only 60 people are permitted on the balcony at one time.

Rules
DO NOT use Blutack on the walls as this removes the paint.
Treat furnishings with respect and return items to where they were originally placed.
Ensure toilet areas are tidy and all lights are turned off in the building before you leave.
If the building requires additional cleaning as a result of your event, this cost will be added to your booking fee.
Additional details
There is free public car parking in the main street at the front of the building as well as on the gravel block at the back. There are 2 - 4 private parking spaces at the rear of the building.
