About this space

Modern and professional training facilities in Subiaco would suit a variety of uses. Accessible building halfway between central Subiaco and West Perth. Includes versatile write-on tables which can be arranged in multiple layouts. The space fits ~20 in a classroom layout with tables or up to 40 theatre seating.

Alongside the main training space we have a wellbeing room, which is great to use as a breakout space or to facilitate exercises in a peaceful environment. Included are chill-out pods, foot massage machines, ottomans and various wellbeing and sensory devices. Additionally, there is a meeting room space which can further provide extra space for group work or break times.

Tea and coffee making facilities, projector and whiteboard walls make this a dynamic training facility and the wellbeing room is an attractive bonus. The venue is easily accessed via public transport and ample parking is nearby.

If you would like to use tea and coffee, please add this to your booking per person.

For free or donated hires, you can optionally choose to pay a cleaning fee if you are unable to clean the space yourself. Paid hires do not need to request this.

Rules

Tables and chairs are to be arranged by you as the hirer and returned to the original state on departure. Please include time to do this in your booking request. If you would like our staff to assist you with this, please request 1 hour of staff time with your booking. Our furniture is lightweight and tables have wheels.

We expect respectful behaviour in the space at all times. This includes following building rules regarding smoking and noise.

Outside of office hours, the main building entrance is locked and requires a key fob to be opened. We ask that any hirers nominate a person to facilitate the arrival of others and that the main door not be propped or left open. Keeping these doors open may incur a fine of $500.00.
