This air-conditioned private office offers a quiet and comfortable setting, ideal for one-on-one meetings, small group discussions, or confidential sessions. With space to accommodate up to 3–4 people, it's perfectly suited for counselling, coaching, interviews, private consultations, training sessions, or team catch-ups.
The room is equipped with a large monitor, ready for presentations or screen sharing, and features ergonomic seating, a spacious desk, and natural lighting that creates a welcoming yet discreet atmosphere. High-speed Wi-Fi, power outlets, are also included, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.

Rules
Familiarise all participants in the program with the Fire Evacuation Plan, and the positioning of exits and fire extinguishers.
Pay the agreed venue hire fee on receipt of invoice.
Complete the programme /activity within agreed session times.
Leave the Centre (including bathroom and toilet) in a clean and tidy condition for the next group. Cutlery and crockery should be washed and dried, food removed from the fridge and garbage bin emptied into the wheelie bin.
Store all program equipment in the cupboards provided, leaving benches clear.
Abide by the smoking and alcohol and drugs policy.
Respect our neighbours and other program users in other parts of the Centre with regard to noise levels.
Be responsible regarding Occupational Health & Safety Standards and report to Centre staff any incidents, faults or breakages as soon as possible
Not sub-let any section of the Centre, nor any contents belonging to the Centre, or that of any other user group.
Secure the Centre, closing all windows and doors, turning off fans, air conditioners and lights. Ensure that all electrical appliances used are switched off and disconnected from power points.
This agreement may be terminated at any time by Port Douglas Community Services Network on evidence of breach by the user group of any of the provisions or undertakings specified above. This agreement may be terminated by either party on 5 working days’ notice.
