The room is equipped with power points and reliable Wi-Fi, ensuring connectivity for all users. Heating and cooling options are adjustable to maintain a comfortable environment, while sensory-friendly design excludes fluorescent lighting.

Convenient amenities include an internal toilet within the building and an external shared disability-accessible toilet. The adjacent waiting room accommodates 4-6 people comfortably, with access to an outdoor shared area featuring seating for 2 amidst nature-inspired décor like water features, wind chimes, and plants.

A small kitchenette, complete with a full-size fridge, kettle, and Thermomix, caters to refreshment needs. Lockable lockers in the hallway offer secure storage for personal belongings. Each area has independent heating and cooling controls, ensuring personalized comfort.

The space is accessed via a secure key-lockbox system, and ample free street parking is available. External flood lights enhance safety and visibility during evening sessions. Additionally, the Fern Room undergoes professional cleaning weekly to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
