Pavilion Warehouse

Pavilion Warehouse is a clean, flexible space in the Northern Suburbs of Perth, ready for you to hire for your cocktail party, meeting, art and craft workshop, photoshoot, birthday, engagement or corporate party, live gig or any other event you might need to host!

Our space is available from early morning til midnight, and we offer competitive hire rates, with discounts for workshops/educational purposes, non-for-profit organisations, and regular bookings.

What's Included:

Bar and Kitchenette: We provide a midi bar with glassware so your BYO event has that touch of class - no wasteful plastic cups here - and we'll even wash them for you if you ask! This goes along with our kitchen sink, fridge and bar, plus a pie warmer, gas pizza oven, and electric hot water urn available. If you need to feed a crowd we have a carpark with water and electrical access for a catering van! Think coffee, ice-cream, drinks, carnival foods, or classy catering - Yum!

Furniture: We also provide furniture! There are 3 stunning wooden tables, 3 plastic trestle tables and 50 black folding chairs available at all times... but if you're after something different, you are more than welcome to bring in your own furniture and decorations. Our festoon lighting provides atmosphere and ample lighting for evening events.

Sound: With a professional, simple to use, sound system and microphone available, it's easy to bring your own music to party, or to plug in for your gig. We also provide a smaller Bluetooth speaker for more relaxed events.

Cleaning: You have the choice of cleaning up after yourself, or adding a $100 cleaning fee to your booking and letting our professional cleaning service do the dirty work.
