Summerhill Base, nestled in the Pāpāmoa Hills, is a perfect for events looking for a little bit of country not far from the big city. This newly constructed 100sqm venue is built with timber grown onsite and has stunning views and modern facilities.

The Base is great for:

• Community: Meetings, hui, gatherings, networking, hobby & special interest, meetups

• Corporate: Team days, training, meetings, briefings, consultation, workshops, planning

• Fitness: Yoga, classes, pilates, retreat day

Capacity:

• Main room 64m2 (8m x 8m) + kitchenette = 100m2

• 80 people standing

• 50-60 people seated theatre style

• Seating available for 45 - 55 people

• Kitchenette with small combi/microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher

The space must be left tidy.

All rubbish must be removed.

Alcohol:

This venue is NOT suited to alcohol-heavy events or parties. Please enquire with admin regarding alcohol consumption for your event.

Access:

The venue is wheelchair accessible, including disabled toilets.

There is car parking for up to 60 cars and a bus, and access to the farm and forests with walking trails, orienteering course, Regional Park and stunning panoramic views.

Location:

Summerhill is 11km southeast of Tauranga and 16km from Tauranga Airport. Climb approximately 3km up Reid road and look for Summerhill carpark on your left.
