City of Palmerston - Community BBQ trailer

The City of Palmerston provides access to the BBQ Trailer to local Community Organisations and Not for Profit Organisations. Subject to the hirer agreeing to the Conditions of Hire including in the booking form. This includes having public liability insurance and agreeing to pay a bond.

By submitting this reservation request, the borrowing organisation agrees that they may be responsible for any damage incurred to the barbecue trailer during the borrowing period. The organisation may be held liable for the cost of repairs or replacement of any damaged components, up to the full replacement value of the barbecue trailer. Additionally, the organisation agrees to return the barbecue trailer in clean and good working condition by the agreed-upon return date and time. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional fees or forfeiture of future borrowing privileges.

To use the BBQ Trailer, your event must be held within the City of Palmerston.
