With a 2.7L petrol engine and automatic transmission, the Driver can be anyone with a full valid NZ Drivers Licence.

The Driver named by The Hirer must hold a full valid NZ driver's license:
The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that The Driver's licence details are correct.
The Van is covered by comprehensive motor vehicle insurance. Insurance does NOT cover The Hirer for any of the following:
- The EXCESS on the insurance for any damage to The Van, or that The Van is found to have caused to any other third-party, vehicle ,or property. This must be paid if The Driver is found to be at fault.
- The Hirer named in the booking is responsible for this EXCESS if it is incurred, resulting from any insurance claim.The Hirer will be liable for any amounts paid or payable by The Hirer arising out of the use of The Van by The Hirer or The Driver, or imposed on The Hirer or The Driver or The Facility Owner by any governmental or other competent authority such as speeding infringements, road tolls, parking and traffic fines.
The Van must be returned on-time. Late return of The Van after the date and time agreed may result in charges for the additional time, to be paid by The Hirer.
The Van must be returned with a full tank of petrol, unless otherwise agreed at the time of hire. THE VAN IS TO BE FUELLED WITH 91 PETROL ONLY. Return of The Van with less than a full tank of fuel may result in charges for the petrol used, to be paid by The Hirer.
The Van must be returned in a clean and useable condition (van vacuumed, and all rubbish removed). If The Van is in an unacceptable condition when returned, including damage not notified to The Facility Owner, The Hirer will be liable for any costs incurred for cleaning and repairs.
