Looking for a spacious, versatile events and workshop space to hire in Newcastle? Look no further!
The Creator Incubator is home to a diverse group of 38 artists, designers, makers & thinkers and has an accessible Roller Door Workshop/Event Space available for temporary hire, to hold events, workshops, photoshoots, pop-ups, classes, talks, presentations and more.
Included in the cost of hiring the space:
- 12 folding tables and 70 chairs, octagonal portable stage rise (2.1m x 2.1m), large portable whiteboard
- Dirty wash area, e.g. paint tools
- (Limited) access to Kitchen Facilities
Please add the additional management/supervision fee upon checkout if there is over 40 people attending your event.
Please add the PA system upon checkout if you would like to hire our speakers and microphone for your event.
A booking should include some time for set up and clean up on top of your event run time. Please keep this in mind when selecting your start and end times for a booking request.

Rules
Hirer must hold Public Liability and supply a valid Certificate Of Currency
No Smoking inside the building.
An induction and checklist will need to be completed upon arrival on how to use the space/facilities.
Hirers will ensure the parking restrictions are adhered to.
The space is left tidy and all rubbish is to be disposed of - put in garbage bags and placed in allocated bins.
Any rubbish that does not fit in the bins provided is to be removed by the hirer; A cleaning fee may apply if left untidy.Hirer will ensure that the kitchen is left clean and tidy if utilised.
Any damage to equipment, art work or facilities will need to be reimbursed in full by the guest.
Hirer is responsible for setting up, clearing down and packing away tables and chairs and any other TCI equipment which has been borrowed/hired.
TCI will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to goods left on the premises.

We are located at Shed 15A/50 just off of Clyde Street in Hamilton North (down the driveway next to Hertz).
- Free on-site parking available.
Please avoid parking in areas that may inconvenience or disrupt other sheds and businesses and their operations, within the Clyde St precinct.
Please be respectful of neighbouring residents and Do Not park across any driveways along Clyde St.
