INNX is conveniently located in Newcastle West, close to public transport and ample on-street parking for your guests.
We offer a contactless self-service system, allowing your registered guests to check in on arrival where they will be seated in our comfortable reception to await you. You have the option to receive an email notification for each guest as they arrive so that you can welcome them individually as they arrive. Otherwise, we will show you and your guests straight through upon arrival.
Tea, coffee and filtered water are available all day in our kitchen, and we can assist with arranging catering upon request.
Flexible seating style - we have 3 large boardroom style tables and 10 chairs that can be set up to your liking: 10 pax.

Rules
Safety: please familiarise yourself with the exits and our evacuation plan posted around the building in the case of an emergency.
Meeting Room: please refrain from taking food in the Meeting Room - we have a beautiful lunch space for you and your guests to break out and enjoy!
Noise policy: please ensure you are considerate of the other businesses and individuals occupying the space, and ensure you are refraining from creating excessive noise. We love the excitement of innovation and understand the level of noise that comes from conversations and collaborations, but we also need to respect everyone using the space.
Cancellation policy: we understand things happen - if you need to cancel, please ensure you cancel within 48 hours of the booking start time for a full refund. Any notice later than this, a 50% refund will be provided.
Additional details
- Use public transport and take a short walk from Newcastle Interchange.
- Ride your bike and park it safely inside our building using our bike rack.
- Drive your car to INNX with parking options out front (2 hours), along National Park St (4hours - all day), at Marketown, Care Park on National Park St, and Newcastle Interchange Parking Station.
