“Hi, we have used this premises before successfully, hence our re-use, however, someone else had entered the hall no1 room before 11:30 and shut the door. We were politely waiting outside for them to finish up as we could hear them inside. After 15 minutes, we entered and asked what was happening only to find out that they were not even booked for this space but had accessed it. It is disappointin...

Hello Thanks for letting us know. I will get in contact with the gentleman and let him know that he can't just swap rooms. He has his own code as he is a regular hirer which is how he gains access. I understand this is frustrating for you, it is equally frustrating for us as he does this quite often.
