Multi function event space in the heart of Port Adelaide

By day The Banksia Tree is a licensed cafe inside a beautiful historic building. With High ceilings, large windows and wooden flooring it's a the perfect place for meetings, birthdays, baby showers, workshops and so much more.

Including a sound system, open fireplace, bar, loads of natural light and ample seating this venue is suitable for a wide range functions.

We support SA business and our cafe's menu is sourced 90% right here in our state. This includes our specialty coffee roasted here in Adelaide and all of our soft drinks, beers and wines. We can customise your package to include a barista/bar tender or we can even create a customised menu or platters for your guests, please select barista at checkout for an additional $35p/h (if after hours) and contact us directly for catering.

For bookings during business hours please contact us directly.
An additional $20p/h will be charged for events held over weekends.
Outside of business hours we can provide seating for up to 50 people.
Business hours are 7am-3pm 7 days.
