Our spacious studio is located on King Street, in the centre of Newcastle. The studio is private, bright, very clean, well ventilated, and receives lots of natural light through a large one-way vision glass window. The window also has a blind , which further contains the space. The door blocks a significant amount of noise from the street. The floor surface is polished and allows for slide and grip, suitable for movement practice with bare feet or socks. The studio is a movement dedicated space, suitable to hire for practise, workshops and classes relating to movement and wellness, physical theatre, yoga, meditation, Pilates and dance.

Capacity: Our studio can accommodate up to 10 students for a movement class such as yoga or Pilates. For dance or other more dynamic movement practice, the studio can accommodate less students depending on the modality. For practice such as meditation, the studio can accommodate 15 students.
