About this space
The wellbeing studio is fully equipped to host 15 to 18 people, providing yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and straps. It also includes amenities such as WiFi and a Bluetooth speaker. The studio is also furnished for consultations, featuring a desk, monitor, coffee table and seating. Additionally, there is a compact bathroom inside, while accessible toilets are available outside.
Situated at Clifton and Central in Mount Lawley, our studio is one of six shops in the vicinity. The shared space includes a coffee shop, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant and a Vietnamese cafe. Just a 5-minute stroll away is the lively Beaufort St, where Woolworths and various other shops provide a range of food and beverage options.
Short-Term Hire
This short-term hire arrangement is perfect for those seeking space to host workshops, events, gatherings, health demonstrations or engage in content creation.
$59 + GST per hour with a minimum booking duration of two hours.
$250 + GST day rate (weekend rate)
Long-Term Hire
This long-term hire arrangement is ideal for individuals seeking a consistent space for regular yoga classes or similar activities, as well as health professionals in need of a permanent location for client consultations.
$60 + GST per hour, including an extra 10 minutes for guest arrival and departure. Minimum booking requirement: 6 individual sessions, perfect for hosting a weekly yoga class or similar activities.
Weekday Hire
The weekday hire arrangement is perfect for individuals in search of a space suitable for client appointments, such as talk therapy, with the added benefit of having yoga props available for body therapy, massage, chiropractors and other health professionals. It's also suitable for anyone simply in need of desk space. The studio space is available from 6 am to 5 pm (negotiable). Here's the pricing breakdown:
Daily Hire: $150 + GST
Weekly Hire: $550 + GST ($110 per day)
