About this space
Changerooms C & D and the Premier Oval can be booked for organised training, and / or games (season permitting)
Please note - cricket pitch is prepared from September to End March each year, during this time access to this area is not permitted unless authorised (for cricket purposes only), other training can still be undertaken in outfield only.

Rules
Building/s
Smoking and / or vaping is not permitted in any Council Venue,
Smoke machines are not permitted in any Council Venue,
All breakages must be reported to Council. An audit of all equipment will be made after your hire,
The building are areas hired are to be returned to its original condition, cleaned and all rubbish removed away from the premises. Booking sufficient time either side of your hire will ensure you are able to meet your obligations;
No alcohol is to be sold on the Premises, unless a copy of any applicable Liquor Licence is provided to Council before any such event, and consent has been granted,
Please note that if Council deems the activity proposed to require security, all costs associated will be at the expense of the hirer,
No muddy boots are allowed in the Club Rooms,

When leaving the Buildings, please ensure all doors are closed and secure prior to activating the alarm system.
Oval and ancillary areas
The oval and ancillary areas must be returned to its original condition, cleaned and all rubbish removed from the oval and seating area. Booking sufficient time either side of your hire will ensure you are able to meet your obligations,
Line marking the Grounds is not allowed, unless you have previously obtained Council approval,
The hirer is responsible for the placement of the goal post covers and then removal/storage at the end of each use on the Premier Oval,
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the low set sprinkler heads are not trip hazards before use. Council will supply sand near the maintenance shed for users to fill any perceived trip hazards.
Other
As the Summit Sport & Recreation Park is surrounded by residential houses, respect must be shown at all times for appropriate behaviour and noise level,
If the sports lights are in use, they must be turned off at 10.00pm,
Car Parking is on site surrounding the Oval & near the clubroom in the car park, no parking on any grassed areas,
After hire, bins are to be taken to the bin compound.
