This comfortable, fully furnished office provides a quiet and professional environment ideal for individual work or small meetings.

Located within a shared office complex occupied by a variety of businesses, the space offers access to shared kitchen facilities (please bring your own supplies) and shared on-site restroom amenities.

The room is set up with a desk and a small meeting area suitable for up to two people, making it perfect for interviews, study sessions, or focused work.

The location is well serviced, with cafés nearby and public transport (bus and train) within easy walking distance (approximately 600 metres). Paid parking is available directly opposite the building for $9 per day.

Wi-Fi is available within the building. Please note that users will need to bring their own equipment, such as a laptop or monitor, as no additional equipment is provided.

Please note: The City holds a Casual Hirers Liability Insurance Policy to protect those who hire facilities located within the City, however, hirers must fall under the following definition to be eligible to claim under the policy:

A Casual Hirer means any person or group of persons (not being a sporting body, club, association, corporation or incorporated body) who hires a Council facility for non-commercial or non-profit making purposes, less frequently than once per calendar month or twelve times per calendar year.

Should a claim arise, the City will lodge a claim on behalf of a ‘casual hirer’ to LGIS, there is a $500 excess which is stated on the policy, for which the hirer is liable.
