About this space
The Multi-Purpose Room is recommended for medium sized functions such as training sessions, seminars and small gatherings. The room is approximately 10m x 7.5m (75sqm) and has a vinyl floor. The hire of this space includes 50 chairs and 10 trestle tables - (1800mm x 750mm). There is evaporative air conditioning.
Included in your hire is a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, auto boiler urn, and microwave. Hirers are required to bring all their own plates/cutlery/cookware/cleaning equipment. The kitchen is to be used for warming up food purposes only.
There are unisex toilet facilities inside the room located in the passageway.

If booking for Friday or Saturday night, an additional Function Rate for bookings after 6 pm will apply. This will need to be selected as an extra item and if not selected will be applied before your booking is approved.
NB: Evidence for eligibility for any discounted rates will be validated by the City of Belmont.

Rules
- No 18th-21st birthday party, after ball party, hens/bucks party or raves are allowed
- Booking times must include your setup and pack down time
- Your access cards will have access 15 minutes prior to your booking time and 45minutes after your booking time to carry out cleaning. The Hirer is required to bring their own cleaning equipment (i.e. broom, mop, bucket, dust pan & brush) to ensure all cleaning duties are carried out
- ACCESS/KEY CARD PICK UP REMINDER. Access keys/cards must be picked up from the Civic Centre the business day prior to your booking date, between the hours of 8:30am-4:00pm. If your booking is for Saturday or Sunday, the card will need to be picked up from the Civic Centre on the Friday. If you fail to do this and security is called to arrange your entry you will be charged a $63.50 call out fee for the entry and lock up

- No alcohol shall be brought into or consumed upon any portion of any facility or property except when permitted in writing by the City
- The City’s venues are multiuse facilities. There may be other users using other rooms at the time of your booking. Please be considerate to other users at all times
