Space Rules: No Smoking or vaping inside the venue or within a 5m of the venue If you set off the fire alarm, there may be fine of the fire service is called. No BBQ's in doors. You may setup a BBQ outside. No smoke machines. No Alcohol. Must have their own Public Liability Insurance. No Alcoholic birthday parties or weddings/engagement parties. Residential area rules apply. $250-$500 bond depending on the nature of the event.
