About this space
Helen Moore Centre is a large and welcoming venue with four separate spaces that can be hired individually or together. It is equipped with air conditioning and heating, a large kitchen and accessible toilets. The kitchen includes a full-size fridge, microwave, stove, oven, urn and a small selection of cups, saucers and side plates.
Educate is a large L shaped space with a connecting outdoor area and easy access via a servery window to the kitchen. The space accommodates a maximum of 28 people seated and is suitable for training, workshops and gatherings.
Helen Moore Centre is located on a cul-de-sac offering plenty of free parking in the carpark and on the road.

Rules
Hire period: There is a minimum two hour hire period
Rates: Not-for-profit discount rate available at check-out
After-hours events: This venue can be booked outside of standard business hours for events. We ask that you are mindful and respectful of neighbouring houses
Cleaning: The hirer is responsible for the set up and clean up of the venue. This must be done within the time that has been hired. Hirers must bring their own cleaning products. Rubbish must be removed from venue by hirer. Bins are located onsite beside the Southcare Community Support building.
Licences: any licences required for the type of event holding is the responsibility of the hirer eg. liquor licence.
Decorations: No adhesives, stickers, sticky tape, blue tack, etc, are to be attached to walls during decoration. Over time, these damage the building and bonds will be held for any damage.

COVID-19 regulations: It is the hirers responsibility to comply with all current State Government COVID-19 restrictions and regulations or Department of Health directives. Failure to comply may result in fines and cancellation of future hires.
WA Plastics Ban: You must also adhere to the WA Plastics Ban. We ask you to use non-plastic alternatives and re-usable items as part of ongoing sustainability practices.
