Under Phase 4 WA COVID-19 restrictions the maximum capacity of the venue is 55. When Phase 5 is introduced it will return to 70.

Mandoon Helena Building (formerly known as the Kitchen Building) is our largest venue and features a vaulted ceiling with windows providing gorgeous natural light. The space accommodates a maximum of 70 standing and 50 seated and is suitable for a range of events, including engagement or anniversary parties, yoga or dance classes, presentations, training programs and art exhibitions.

Mandoon Helena Building is equipped with a large central space, kitchenette, accessible toilets and foyer that opens onto the clocktower courtyard. The kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, microwave, stove and oven, urn, cups and saucers. The space comes equipped with 11 trestle tables (150cm x 80cm), 50 chairs, a whiteboard and projector screen. A projector can be provided upon request for an additional $30 (subject to availability). The building is located beside the playground and with easy access to stunning river-views. Private artist studios are also housed within this building.

This venue is also available outside of the standard opening hours for events that are open to the public such as community functions, classes, workshops, performances, and club meetings. If you would like to book an after-hours event, contact us to discuss.
