About this space
Under Phase 4 WA COVID-19 restrictions the maximum capacity of the venue is 55. When Phase 5 is introduced it will return to 70.
Goolugatup Heathcote offers venues for hire within a range of historic buildings nestled among manicured gardens with picturesque surrounds and Swan River views.
Mandoon Helena Building (formerly known as the Kitchen Building) is our largest space on site and features a vaulted ceiling with windows providing gorgeous natural light. The space accommodates a maximum of 70 standing and 50 seated and is suitable for a range of events, including engagement or anniversary parties, yoga or dance classes, presentations, training programs and art exhibitions.
Mandoon Helena Building is equipped with a large central space, kitchenette, accessible toilets and foyer that opens onto the clocktower courtyard. The kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, microwave, stove and oven, urn, cups and saucers. The space comes equipped with 11 trestle tables (150cm x 80cm), 50 chairs, a whiteboard and projector screen. A projector can be provided upon request for an additional $30 (subject to availability). The building is located beside the playground and with easy access to stunning river-views.
