Park Hire Fees – What You Need to Know

Planning an event in one of Mackay’s beautiful parks? The following fees apply to park bookings. Please ensure you apply the relevant rate based on your event type, and park selection.

*No booking is required for events with fewer than 51 people, without amusements, entertainment, or alcohol.

• 51 - 500 People / $350 per booking

• 501 - 1500 people / $825 per booking

• 1501 + people / $1,910 per booking

• Wedding Ceremony / $260 per booking

• Refundable Key Fee / $50 per booking. This fee will be added to the bond amount and refunded upon return of key.
