Turn up early or expect to wait.

It was quite efficient and the staff friendly but I do wonder whether having to make bookings on line and waiting for nearly a month from the time I booked to the next available "appointment" to dump rubbish is any sort of advancement......turning up and waiting in a bit of a queue was fine. Too much beaurocracy and computerisation. What happens to people who are not on line??????
