Minutes walk from the bustling café and retail scene of Rokeby Road, public transport and close to the CBD, the Ampersand Collective workshop space and meeting room is nestled amongst the character buildings that line Hay Street.
Light, bright and comfortable, our workshop area is regularly used by creatives, small business owners, corporates and freelancers for meetings, interviews, photography/videography, offsite brainstorms, creative workshops and more.
Included with every booking:

• 42 inch LCD TV with HDMI and Apple TV connection
• Unlimited WIFI for all guests

Plenty of free and paid parking is available, and we are walking distance from Subiaco and West Leederville train stations. Parking is included for the facilitator included + two dedicated bays are available for $15 each per day.

Rules
o Security of your contents is your responsibility. If you are bringing valuables, we recommend keeping them in one of our lockers.
o We strongly recommend that you acquire, arrange and maintain your own insurance for yourself, contents and visitors.
o Your guests are your responsibility, and you made be held responsible for any damage they cause to the property inside or out.
o We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $70 if we deem it necessary. We will notify you if this is the case before cleaning is booked.
o Please take all due care with the office and contents – we ask that you treat it as your own!
