The recently opened Fabrik celebrates textile heritage and the history of the Onkaparinga Woollen Mill. The hub has galleries, artist studios, workshop spaces, a museum & retail store. Fabrik weaves together contemporary art practices, local makers, First Nations cultural traditions, & international textile craftsmanship with a full calendar of events, workshops & exhibitions.

The Upper Workspace is a large meeting room, perfect for board meetings, training sessions, art and craft activities, workshops and professional development. This rectangular shaped room is filled with natural light and can be set-up according to your needs, either board room style or lecture style. Recently refurbished, this heritage interior maintains character and a connection with the buildings' past.
The Upper Workspace offers a light and bright environment. It has a large smart screen, reverse cycle air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and is comfortable all year round. It is adjacent to the Catering Kitchen if required and can be booked separately.

Rules
Set-up & pack-up times must be included in the total booking time.
Smoking & vaping are not allowed inside or within 6 metres of the entrance to the venue.
No naked flames
If you set off the fire alarm, there may be a fine if the fire service are called
No Pets
No smoke machine
Approval required for decoration and anything being attached to walls.
Minimum 2 weeks’ notice required. All enquiries and bookings must be made within this timeframe.
You need to be inducted onsite at FABRIK before commencement of your booking.
You will not touch or disturb the artworks on display in the exhibition areas.
You are responsible for packing up the venue. All furniture and equipment must be returned to its original location.
The venue is to be kept clean and tidy at all times and left in the original condition it was presented.
Rubbish and waste is to be disposed of appropriately using onsite bins. Any excess rubbish must be removed from the venue.
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level at all times.

Free parking available in Lobethal off the main street. Some street parking available.
