SpacetoCo Host since July 2023Girl Guides Queensland is the largest youth organisation for girls and young women in Queensland with almost 4000 youth Members and 1000 volunteer Leaders and adult Members. We provide a non-formal educational program designed to create leaders of tomorrow by building on strengths and personal skills development. We are an organisation that welcomes and actively seeks members from all racial, ethnic, religious and socio-economic groups.

About this space
“Boomajarril” is situated in Landsborough – only 6 minutes drive from Australia Zoo, 15 minutes walk from Landsborough train station (on the main line between Brisbane and northern Queensland) and within close proximity of Sunshine Coast beaches and hinterland areas.
When you book the entire “Boomajarril” site you have access to the house with dormitory along with kitchen and inside amenitites plus the camp ground, outside amenitis with a large undercover area and large shed all within the fully-fenced and well-maintained grounds, with large lawn areas (ideal for camping), a campfire pit and a flagpole.
The dormitory area includes luxuriously comfortable single beds for 15 people – 11 in Dormitory and 2 x 2 in private Leaders/ Adult Bedrooms (linen not provided).
The modern Amenities Area with 2 toilets, 2 showers and 2 hand basins along with a Disabled-friendly Bathroom with a high-rise toilet, grab rails, a hand-held shower and a hand basin.
In the Media Room there is a large-screen LED TV, a Blu-ray player and a stereo plus 4 sofa beds
Our Dining Room can accomadate up to 18 with a servery area, second fridge and wash-up sinks and dishwasher
The Kitchen area with an electric stove, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment available so it is just like your home
With the huge Carport Area (suitable for outdoor dining and activities) with a raised Deck, a wash-up sink, power and easy vehicular access for unloading goods
Our second dinning area within the large Garage with tables and seating for approx. 50 people
Outside area has an external Laundry/Toilet with a washing machine and a dryer
Our Camping grounds enables you to camp within a fully fenced area so you can be sure that you will be secure.
A whole site booking is for one booking at a time only. One booking means you get the whole site to your self.

Weekend rates (Friday to Sunday)
$25 per person, per night (Community) *Discounts may apply to venue hire rates if eligible. Please contact us.
Girl Guides will receive a discount for staying for 2 or more nights ($20 first night and $15 for each additional night)
Day visitors $10 per person
Cleaning $80 per Non Guiding Group

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund (minus booking fee) on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 50% refund.

All rubbish is to be place in bins (bins to be placed on the street Sundays only)
Please do not flush sanitary items down the toilets, bins are provided
The campsite has a strict no-smoking and vaping policy.
Except as otherwise authorised or directed by the management all furnishings and equipment must be placed in their appropriate storage areas when not in use.
No nails, screws, adhesive tape, or other devices may be used by the renter to affix decorations to any part of the building, except in those areas designated for such use by the management.
No alterations or additions may be made to the premises or its components without the managements prior written approval.
Inside any building, barbecues and LPG heaters are not permitted. Grills and liquid propane gas (LPG) heaters used outside should only be used by responsible adults and should be equipped with safety features like temperature controls and shutoff valves.
Alcoholic beverages may be consumed on the Premises, provided that the Hirer satisfies all legal requirements imposed by the Liquor Licensing Act of 1997.
Pets are allowed on the site but not in any of the buildings

Additional details
The campsite is accessible by private motor vehicle. There is ample on-site car parking. Please stay witin the front of Boomajarril fenced area. No cars are to remain within the fenced area after unloading. We ask all campers to not drive vehicles onto the grassed area witin the fenced area
