About this space

Access to the kitchen is coordinated around canteen times for regular users of the hall.

Hall bookings requiring use of the kitchen will need to bring their own crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils and negotiate use of fridge space.

The kitchen contains a large stainless steel benchtop, commercial hotplates/oven. All other equipment contained within the space is the property of the clubs in season and use must be negotiated with the Shire of Chittering on 9576 4600 or email [email protected]

all hirers are required to ensure the facility is clean and returned to the state that you found the space at the commencement of your booking. Should you believe your activity will necessitate additional cleaning as a result of your activities this charge will cover cleaning of ablutions, floor mopping and restock of toiletry items. Any cleaning over and above this may result in forfeiture of bond.

Rules

This facility can only be hired until midnight. All music must cease by 11.45pm and guests must have vacated the facilities and car parks by 01.00am.

SPECIAL EVENTS: Permission may be sought from the Shire to extend the closure time. This must be applied for 30 (thirty) days prior to the event and the Shire will provide notification to the local police. Approval will be at the discretion of the Shire.
