About this space
The Kalimna Oval is a shared reserve with the West Byford Primary School. The oval is a wonderful space for small sports clubs and outside gatherings. A Kiosk and change rooms are included.
**14 days notice is required for all bookings. For any urgent bookings, please contact the Shire's Bookings Officer on 9526 1111 prior to your application.

Rules
- The Reserve/Oval must be left in a clean and tidy state. All rubbish must be removed.
Please have consideration for other hirer's who may have reserved the area immediately following your booking.
Strictly no vehicles are to be driven onto the reserve at any time.
Should alcohol be sold, approval from the Department of Racing and Gaming is required.
Amplified sound is kept to a minimum.
Any structures to be erected during your booking such as marquees or Bouncy Castles must be advised and approved by the Shire
Cancellations given with less than 30 days notice will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
