It's a great, spacious site, close to the beach, but without a view of the Ocean (if needed).

We only had one night wish we had booked longer. It was lovely sitting down near the ocean

The site is exactly as in the website, spacious, reasonably level. Easy to access and has some protection from the north around to the south west. Park is nice and clean, plenty of toilets and they are well cared for and clean. We are also enjoying the bird life and the outlook.

The beautiful Sandy Cape Recreation Park is a coastal bushland campground with 112 unpowered sites accessible by two-wheel drive vehicle. Some additional camping areas are available along the coastal strip to the north and south of the main campground. These areas are only available to campers travelling by high clearance 4x4 vehicle with self-contained accommodation, with toilet.
