Sandy Cape is a beautiful natural bush camping area, you are literally right on the beach, over the sand dunes, it is lovely & quiet during the week, with general travellers, but on weekends, very busy, we unfortunately had an experience, with a group of people on the sites directly behind us, with 4 cars, 8 adults, 4 dogs, never on leads! all on 2 sites, they partied till 2.30am, with very stran...

The beautiful Sandy Cape Recreation Park is a coastal bushland campground with 112 unpowered sites accessible by two-wheel drive vehicle. Some additional camping areas are available along the coastal strip to the north and south of the main campground. These areas are only available to campers travelling by high clearance 4x4 vehicle with self-contained accommodation, with toilet.
