Windy time of year but still enjoyable. Camp kitchen and bathing rinse areas could do with an occasional sweep. Some sites are very uneven but overall a decent camping experience.

We been coming to Sandy Cape for many years absolutely love this place bit pricey now for what it is

It's a great place, indeed. Price is actually less now - was $20 for up to four people; now $25 for up to six. We hope you'll return again ;-)

This site was a great site. The whole campground was flooded due to terrible weather. This site although muddy, wasn't flooded.toilets were great, clean & well serviced. We drove into our site & our friends reversed in to allow us to share awning space etc.

The beautiful Sandy Cape Recreation Park is a coastal bushland campground with 112 unpowered sites accessible by two-wheel drive vehicle. Some additional camping areas are available along the coastal strip to the north and south of the main campground. These areas are only available to campers travelling by high clearance 4x4 vehicle with self-contained accommodation, with toilet.
