Someone else was in our site! They were told they could stay there! So we had to move to another spot . What’s the point in booking a site months earlier if this can happen!

Hi Monique. I doubt very much that they were told to stay at that site. Have you called in to speak to the caretakers? They will sort it for you.

Wide site and easy to park caravan. Elevated with views but also exposed to strong winds. Short walk over sand dunes to beach.

The beautiful Sandy Cape Recreation Park is a coastal bushland campground with 112 unpowered sites accessible by two-wheel drive vehicle. Some additional camping areas are available along the coastal strip to the north and south of the main campground. These areas are only available to campers travelling by high clearance 4x4 vehicle with self-contained accommodation, with toilet.
