The room is big and chairs are comfortable. However the room has lots of spare/extra desks which makes it look a bit cluttered. Also the projector is broken and not an option. Additionally the fridge was full of off milk every time I booked the room and old mouldy food which was really unprofessional, on one of the days I used the room the fridge was broken and all the off milk was left out on the cupboard which was very smelly. The bins also never had bin liners which was a bit annoying.

Hi there Kaysie, We are really very sorry for the issues you have found in the room and the issues with the fridge etc are simply not acceptable. We have discussed the issues and have put a plan in place to ensure the facilities are checked regularly and all areas are cleaned to a high standard. We also have a plan to remove the excess furniture from the room to make it look less cluttered.
