About this Space

Perth City Farm is a not-for-profit community organisation and unique urban sanctuary situated in East Perth.
Our industrial, warehouse-style Art Room is perfect for small workshops and conferences.... to huge parties and launches! The room fits 150 people seated or 200 standing and has access to an adjoining small courtyard that overlooks our nursery and fruit garden.
The space has beautiful natural lighting, white-washed walls, industrial flooring, high ceilings and exposed metal beams, creating a perfect blank canvas for any event.

Completely BYO (food, drink, furniture, lighting)... no minimum spend!

Accessible to all public transport and has ample parking close by.

HIRE ITEMS AVAILABLE Please note that any furniture and equipment hired from us must be taken out of storage and put back by you. Perth City Farm staff and volunteers are not responsible for setting up and packing down your event. Make sure you have the right people to aid you in carrying furniture across the site. Items must go back exactly as they were found or you will risk your security bond.
