I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I had while using the hall on Saturday night. When I collected the keys, I was not provided with the alarm code—only four keys were given. As this was my first time using the hall, I assumed there was no alarm system. However, a few minutes after unlocking the door, the alarm activated. Security had to attend and disarm it, which w...

However, some of the issues you have reported were addressed in the Confirmation email you received upon booking. It is deeply regretful that the Public toilets were in an unsatisfactory state. We have since included an extra direction in the Confirmation email to clearly explain the Public toilet situation as a result of your feedback. We hope to be able to assist you with future bookings.

It has been an absolutely great place for our function—nice and cozy spot! A few suggestions for improvement: The alarm pad needs to be replaced as it’s quite sticky and can trigger false alarms. The air conditioner was not working, making it uncomfortably hotter than outside (37°C). Overall, we had a wonderful experience and hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.
