To be honest the room itself is delightful however, it does not have a sink with taps to wash cups or wipe tables. There was a homeless person with his bedding, and food wrapping, sleeping directly under the key-lock box. $260 for 4 hours was an overcharge considering these issues.

Thank you for your review. As noted in the listing, water is available from the nearby Homestead staff kitchen; no sink is provided in the venue. Dirty dishes are to be placed in the container provided. The site is open to the public 24/7, so we cannot control where displaced individuals choose to stay. We understand your frustration, but this is outside our control. This also highlights the importance of viewing the venue prior to booking.
