SpacetoCo Host since June 2023Scouting delivers to our community's resilient young people who have gained leadership experience, are physically active and who care for others. Scouting does this through a range of active and passive programs designed to meet the needs of young people through learning by doing and youth leading, adult supporting. The Hemmant Scout Den is where all this takes place and the hall is available for use during business hours and on weekends for others to hire.
About this space
The Hemmant Scout Hall is available for hire for parties, meetings and other gatherings. Amenities include a small kitchen with oven. Tables and chairs are also available for use at no extra cost. The hall opens out to a large public Brisbane City Council park.
The hall has recently been painted inside and out and a new floor has been laid in the main hall and office.

Rules
The consumption of alcohol is not permitted in line with Brisbane City Council lease arrangements with the Hemmant Scout Group.
Public Liability insurance is to be provided before the hire request can be finalised/fully accepted.
All hirers are to ensure that the hall is swept clean and all rubbish removed.
