to whom it may concern, I recently booked your hall my my social function and I was disappointed to find that the kitchen was unavailable, because the local football team were using the kitchen. There was some confusion and anxiety from both parties and we were unable to use the kitchen to prepare our food properly. It seemed to me that there was a double booking . They also used some of the chairs provided in the hall. Hopefully, in the future this kind of double booking could be avoided or the relevant parties will be informed when booking your hall/pavilion.
