Such a great venue in a fantastic location, however the function room unfortunately wasn’t clean when we arrived. The carpet was quite dirty, the bins were full, and several items had been left behind in the kitchen. At the end of the night we also found the vacuum cleaner wasn’t working — the filter was completely clogged, which likely explains why the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. We would have brought our own vacuum if we’d known. It was disappointing as the room looked great during the viewing, so we were surprised to find it in this condition. I’d recommend allowing extra time before your event not just for set-up, but potentially to tidy up after the previous booking. We understand it’s a busy time of year, but we hope our next booking doesn’t have the same issues.

We couldn’t use the kitchen because you didn’t give the kitchen shutter key when I collected the key set last Friday. Ranger had to come and he couldn’t open either and finally co safe had to come towards the end and opened . We usually book few programs in the venue every year. This time I would expect a partial refund because the full price didn’t serve the full purpose. Thanks
