About this space
One of the City of Cockburn's two newest community venues. The Function Room is perfect for large functions, fundraisers, etc complete with adjoining commercial kitchen with servery/bar, AV capability, and an enclosed covered courtyard with a view to the hills.
The Community Room is ideal for children’s’ parties and family gatherings featuring an adjoining enclosed, covered courtyard area and is fully self-contained with accessible toilets and small kitchen.
Please note: This venue is not available for 16th - 25th birthday celebrations.

Rules
Applicants must be 18 years of age or over;
Applications are to be made a minimum of 10 days prior to a booking date (exceptions made in extenuating circumstances eg wake) late bookings may be accepted with a $100 late application fee applied, and no more than 12 months in advance. 16th-25th birthday celebrations require four weeks notice;
The venue can only be accessed within the booked time. Your booking time must include set up and pack up time. All deliveries and collections to and from the venue must be during the booked time;
