We used it for private dinner for 52; we had external caterers for the food and we self organised the bar. Took us about 20 minutes to set up the trestle tables for 8 and chairs, and about the same to break down. Great parking. And at $40 per hour + flat $20 for the kitchen price was excellent. Would definitely use again.
