Thomson Community Centre (Social Space Great Western Recreation Reserve)

Set up and clean up: It is the responsibility of the booking organisers to set up and clean up before and after use of the facilities. Fees will apply if not done.

Insurance: Please provide a copy of your organisation’s appropriate Insurance Policy, Certificate of Currency or proof of Public Liability Insurance.

Non compliance: In addition, Council will impose non-compliance charges for failure to comply with the conditions as set out in the Conditions of Hire. The Conditions of Hire provide an undertaking from the hirer to pay for any damage to Council facilities during the function, or non-compliance charges as staged within these conditions. Failure to pay any charges as invoiced may result in the refusal of future use of Council facilities.

Parties : 18th & 21st Birthday Parties not permitted.

An induction must be completed with Facility Officer of Northern Grampians Shire Council prior to your booking. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of your booking.

Liquor Licence: The Primary Liquor Licence holder will need to be contacted to make subsequent arrangements. Council does not take any responsibility for how the Primary Liquor License holder manages bookings or risks. Contact details for the licence holders can be found in the Facility Hire Policy

Inflatables/Jumping Castles not permitted.
