Nice hall. Lacked cutlery, specifically tea spoons, dessert spoons forks and cake forks. Bench tops and table tops needed to be wiped down. Not able to find dishwasher soap blocks, washed everything by hand instead.

While the facility serves a purpose for community groups, my experience was disappointing. The venue would benefit from greater attention to cleaning, hygiene, and general maintenance. When concerns about cleanliness and upkeep were raised, I did not feel they were treated with the level of professionalism or urgency that users would reasonably expect. Communication regarding administrative matter...
