About this space

Marion City Band is a very active community brass band based in the City of Marion, Adelaide, South Australia.
Marion City Band was established in 1969, and is celebrating 50+ years of success, We continue to provide opportunities for musical growth and development to youths and adults alike.

We are fortunate to have a venue that is suitable for similar musical pursuits, meetings, community groups, & or functions.

  • Galley Kitchen can be accessed for basic catering requirements.

  • WiFi is available

  • AED unit installed.

  • 30 Chairs and 8 Folding trestle tables are available in the meeting hall for a variety of configurations. More chairs can be provided if booking requests.

Rules

  • Use of facilities includes expectation that the hirer will leave the venue in a clean state. Cleaning equipment is available in White cupboards in the main hall. Any tables or chairs are to be put away post use.

  • Marion City Band are seeking to reduce waste and appropriately manage recyclables. Please use the respective receptacles for disposing of same.

  • Any items used in the Kitchen are washed, dried and returned to respective storage locations

Additional details

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 50% refund.
Parking and Public Transport Information

241 Metro Adelaide bus runs along Towers Terrace. Adelaide/ Seaford / Flinders Train line 5 min walk. Edwardstown and Woodlands Park closest stations.

Please be aware of the parking restrictions around the hall and ensure that neighbours egress to their property is maintained.

Note Bicycle lane clearway along Towers Terrace. Mornings on western side and afternoons on eastern side.
