EarthPoint.Space is perfect for workshops, active classes, group practice, or small private events.
The open ‘warehouse’ feel with polished jarrah floors, big windows and an inviting, calming colour scheme is the perfect canvas to design your event, it is available for casual or regular hire and suitable for any training, workshops, classes or small private events that align with the Earth Point mission and values. It is approved for 52 people for workshops, seminars or corporate events, and 17 people for group classes such as Yoga, Meditation, Sound Healing, Breath Work, Ceremonies, Art Classes, Feldenkrais, Qi Gong, Pilates etc..
It has an open warehouse look with plenty of natural light and polished jarrah floors, and a has a calm and inviting feel. There is high speed and stable Wifi with ability to livestream if required, dimmable lighting, and a kitchenette. It's the perfect space to design your next event.
There are also a limited number of private consulting spaces available for long term lease and casual hire at our two venues East Perth and Fremantle. If you are looking for consulting rooms to build your business, please register your interest with us.

Rules
Hirers should note that access to EarthPoint Energy Centre is via stairs and does not have wheelchair or pram access.
Any business or person hiring EarthPoint·Space is required to hold their own Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance. A current Certificate of Currency must be provided at the time of application.
The practitioner/business is responsible for all financial, legal, or operational matters to do with the running of your business, including managing client payments and records. All businesses and practitioners of EPEC must hold their own legal licenses, approvals, and insurances necessary to perform their business legally and ethically. Practitioners are responsible for maintaining their own client reservation system and for welcoming and greeting their clients upon arrival.
The space hired must be left clean and in the same condition as found. Noise must be kept to a minimum as it is a residential area, so quiet events only need apply.
