About this space
Autumn Place Community Hub is an integrated community facility, providing the community with Maternal and Child Health services, a kindergarten, a community room with an adjoining kitchen and outdoor space.

Rules
Conduct:
All attendees must follow the Conditions of Hire.
Be considerate of others by keeping noise to a minimum.
Access
Rooms must only be used between approved hire times.
Any space not booked is restricted during your hire including common areas.
All bookings must include time for set up, pack up and cleaning.
Safety & Capacity:
Follow Council emergency and evacuation procedures.
Children under 18 must remain in the room and be supervised.
Do not exceed the room’s maximum seated or standing capacity.
Alcohol
- No alcohol permitted.
Insurance
- Public liability insurance (PLI) of $20 million is required for all venue hires. Any third-party contractors you engage, such as caterers, entertainers, equipment suppliers, or other service providers involved in your event, must also provide PLI of $20 million.
