Please note that this hall is part of the retirement village and may be booked for resident gatherings. If the space is unavailable during your preferred time slot, please contact the Shire to check whether it can be made available.

Hirers must only use the equipment and appliances listed in their hire agreement.
Any damage or malfunction must be reported immediately.
Personal equipment may be brought in only with prior approval.
The kitchen and hall must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
All surfaces, appliances, and floors must be cleaned after use.
All rubbish must be bagged and disposed of in the designated bins or removed from the premises.

Limited parking is available on-site for hirers and their guests.
Please do not park in spaces designated for residents or block driveways and access routes.
