Small office with only 2 or 3 people present most days. Current occupants are very chilled, middle aged guys working for ourselves as data scientists. We own the space and have a spare spot so looking to exchange it for some pocket money.

Would suit someone looking for a local place to work. BYO laptop but screens available. All the normal office infrastructure - wifi, printers, kitchen, good aircon. 24 hour access if you work strange hours; we do.

If you are on the phone frequently or looking for somewhere to conduct meetings, this won't be suitable. It's open plan format with no meeting rooms. If you want privacy for a phone call, walk outside!

There's parking around or a parking bay could be available for longer term inhabitants.
