Dance space: 100sqm sprung flooring covered with Harlequin Reversible Pro vinyl - non-slip & suitable for all types of dancing. Industrial fans and a floor-to-ceiling roller door which can be opened for air flow. Double ballet barres along one wall, and mirrors along another.
Toilets: One unisex toilet and one unisex disabled toilet which also has a shower.
Kitchenette: Fridge, sink, kettle, Nespresso, cutlery, crockery & glassware.
Parking: Ample parking available within the complex, street parking also available.
Mezzanine area: Currently off limits.
Waiting area: Furnished lobby with kids colouring/play table.

Rules

  1. Access

a) The Studio Manager will arrange for the Hirer to be provided with a key to access the Studio on the dates and times confirmed.
b) The Hirer must ensure that the Studio is properly locked and secured upon leaving the Studio and will ensure that the key is safely returned to the Studio Manager.
c) The Hirer will have uninterrupted, sole access to the Studio during those set times, including use of the facilities set out at clause 8 below.
d) During the time that the Hirer has access to the Studio, they are solely responsible for the Studio and its occupants.
e) The Hirer agrees only to access the Studio during booked times and will not attempt to access the Studio outside of the dates and times confirmed.

  1. Keys

a) The Hirer must safely return the key to the Studio Manager following completion of their booking and will be responsible for repairing or replacing any damaged keys.
b) If a key is lost, the Hirer agrees to replace the lock and all keys to the Studio at their own expense.

  1. Insurance

a) The Hirer must take out and keep current during the booking period, public liability insurance to cover its own legal liability and provide evidence of currency of insurance at least 7 days prior to their booking.
b) The Hirer must not do or permit any of their attendees to do anything which would render in any way unenforceable against the insurer any insurance effected by the Studio Manager or the Hirer.

  1. Loss or Damage

a) The Hirer must report to the Studio Manager any damage to the Studio, the Studio facilities, or other equipment, sustained during use by the Hirer, or any persons attending the booking immediately upon becoming aware of the damage.
b) The Hirer must pay to the Studio Manager the cost of repairing and making good any damage of the type referred to in para (a) (unless caused by the negligence of the Studio Manager, its employees or agents) including the cost of labour and materials and replacement equipment and must if required by the Studio Manager itself repair and make good any such damage.
c) The Hirer must pay to the Studio Manager the amount of any revenue which the Studio Manager calculates to have been lost by reason of any damage of the type referred to in paragraph (a) or the repairing and making good of any such damage.
d) The Studio Manager accepts no responsibility for the damage or loss of the Hirer’s guests’ property prior to, during or after a booking.

  1. Indemnity

a) Subject to para (b), the Hirer hereby agrees to indemnify, to keep indemnified, and save harmless the Studio Manager, its employees and agents, from and against all claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, losses and expenses of any nature whatsoever (claims) which may be incurred directly or indirectly by reason of or in relation to the use of the Studio, the Studio facilities by the Hirer or their attendees, including without limitation, claims arising out of or in connection with any breach by the Hirer of this agreement or breach of a third party's intellectual property rights.
b) The Hirer’s obligations in para (a) do not apply to the extent that any claim arises out of any act or omission of the Studio Manager or any of their respective employees, agents or contractors.
c) The Studio Manager shall not be liable to the Hirer for any loss of life, personal injury or damage to or loss of property which may be suffered or sustained at the Studio for any cause whatsoever, save where any such death, injury or damage results from a negligent act or omission of the Studio Manager, its agents or employees.
d) The Hirer agrees to occupy and use the Studio at its own risk and releases the Studio Manager from all claims and demands of any kind and from any liability which may arise in respect of any accident, damage or injury occurring to any person or property in or about the Studio, unless caused by an act or omission of the Studio Manager (except where acting on instructions of the Hirer).

  1. Venue Details

a) During the booking, the Hirer has access to the Studio, including:
i. All exercise equipment located within the Studio - resistance bands, foam rollers, massage balls etc.
ii. Bluetooth speakers
iii. Kitchenette facilities
iv. Toilets
b) The Hirer may use the fans during their booking and will ensure that they are turned off prior to leaving the Studio. The remotes for the fans can be located on the shelf in the kitchenette
c) The Hirer will return the Studio to the condition that it was in prior to the booking, including sweeping floors, washing any used dishes, wiping surfaces.
f) The Hirer will ensure that the Studio is properly locked and secured prior to vacating the premises and will responsible for any loss subsequently incurred by the Studio Manager for failing to do so.
g) Smoking is prohibited
h) The upstairs mezzanine area is currently off limits to all hirer's
