About this space

This precinct is a very popular area and is well used for many regular hire purposes such as orchestra rehearsals, exercise classes, workshops, classes and children's activities. The Westbourne Park Memorial Hall has some weekend availability and could be a great fit for your function. A large hall with wooden floor with access to a small basic kitchenette area adjoining the room as well as double doors that flow out to garden, public electric BBQ and lawned area. Conveniently located on Goodwood Road, on public transport route walking distance to local supermarket and variety shops.
There are minimal tables (5 light weight folding trestles) & chairs (approx. 40) located on site, best suited for walk in - walk out activities, not suited for large seated events. No AV onsite.
Function Rates & Minimum Hire duration apply for all casual party, function and events hire.

BOND may be applied & is managed through Space Protect.
No smoking, pets or excessive noise outside the premises.
Local kindergym equipment stored in Studio Room is not to be accessed or used in any way. This area is not included in hire of hall.
A cleaning fee applies in addition to the expectation that the space is left in a neat & tidy manner. All rubbish is to be removed by hirers at the end of their hire and placed into either one of the facilities bins or taken home.
