Our shire also boasts walking trails, locally-grown food & wine, numerous dining options, extensive accommodation, galleries, markets and festivals.

About this space

Doug Lindsay Recreation Reserve is home to the Creswick Football Netball Club, Creswick Soccer Club, Creswick Cricket Club and Creswick Bowling Club.

The pavilion has a function room and commercial kitchen, ideal for functions and events.

The reserve also has an oval, netball courts and soccer pitch.

Rules

EXTREME WEATHER / EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

The host reserves the right to modify arrangements on days with an extreme fire rating and during emergencies when facilities may be required for the establishment of an Emergency Relief Centre.

Please keep this in mind when booking Doug Lindsay Pavilion and have a contingency plan in place.

The host will endeavour to contact anyone with bookings that may be impacted by fire danger or extreme weather events. Any fees and charges paid will be refunded to hirers who are unable to proceed with their booking because of these arrangements

  • Doug Lindsay Pavilion must be left in a clean and tidy condition after your event, ready for the next user

  • No decorations will be permitted unless they can be installed without damage to the walls, floors, ceiling or fittings

  • Any additional items brought into the Pavilion must not damage the flooring

  • Set up of any tables and chairs is the sole responsibility of the hirer

  • Any tables and chairs must be returned to their stored/stacked position when leaving the venue

  • The Pavilion must be securely locked when leaving the venue

Additional details

Host's Cancellation Policy
100% refund on cancellations up until 14 days before your booking. After that, cancel and get a 50% refund.
Parking and Public Transport Information
  • There is plenty of free on-site free parking at the reserve

  • Creswick Railway Station is located just a short walk (7 mins) from Doug Lindsay Recreation Reserve

  • Creswick Railway Station is on the Mildura line. Please check www.ptv.vic.gov.au for details
